My first headlining tour of the US and Canada is off to a great start!  It’s a pretty amazing feeling to see people singing and dancing to my songs.

We’re currently on a night drive after just finishing a show at Park West in Chicago.  So far we’ve played LA, San Fransisco, my hometown Portland OR, Seattle, Denver, and tonight, Chicago.  The shows have been so much fun! Portland was really special for me since it was the first time I’d ever played a show in my hometown.  All avenues of the past were there which was super bizarre and amazing as well.  Best of all, my entire family was sitting in the front row singing along and dancing.

Apart from the shows, there have been lots of hours spent in the van driving from city to city, lots of dvd’s, me watching the boyz play b ball on xbox, truck stops and shitloads of hotel rooms……and oh yes phone interviews and promo!  It’s not always glamorous but it’s always an adventure!
