Like an idiot I forgot my camera on my trip to Asia so my iphone was my only source hence the lame quality of these pics. All I can say is that these pics barely even capture a crumb of the amazingness of this trip. I had the most incredible time performing at Jisan Valley Rock Festival in Korea, Fujirock in Japan and Singfest in Singapore. Every place was magical and I can’t wait to go back and visit when I can actually hang out and be a real tourist.
I did a shoot for Marie Claire Korea at this beautiful rooftop cafe and the editor gave me this very special gift!
I ate some of the best food of my life in Korea.
I was told that Korean fans are crazy and energetic! Wow it was true. They were amazing!
Massive Attack were amazing and I got to meet and hang with one of my fave singers Martina Topley Bird!
The next morning we headed for Japan. After arriving in Tokyo we drove 5 hours to the Fujirock festival grounds. Got in late and after walking around for 20 mins realized I was sleep walking so I called it a night.

I know these are the worst blurry pics but I promised my fans I would post them and you can at least get a sense of how great the crowd was and the beautiful surrounding.
After my performance I ran over to the main stage where Atoms for Peace (thom yorke, flea, nigel godrich) were playing. Their show was incredible! I took a whole range of terrible iphone vids which sadly don’t do anything justice. Afterwards we drove another 5 hours back to tokyo where we caught about 3 hours sleep then headed for the airport bound for Singapore.

The juices were unbelievable! I went as far as trying durian ice cream(horrid) but was warned heavily about trying the actual fruit or juice:(

Discovered this amazing Arabic perfume shop which I went a bit nuts in…..The owners were so charming and showed me all about their favorite classics.

Watching Kool & The Gang at soundcheck for Singfest!
After my performance I got to watch Kool and the Gang’s fab show sidestage. Sadly we couldn’t stay for Kanye’s set as we had to head of to the airport. At least I got to see Adam Blackstone(bass) for a sec!

Hope to be back in Asia sooner than later! It was truly a spectacular trip!
